Photo: P1455. 60007 now split from its tender back in its 1937 birthplace, building E2, the 'New Erecting Shop', in Doncaster Works; E2 was built by the Great Northern Railway then owned by LNER, BR and presently Wabtec; the locomotive will be a key part of the upcoming events marking the 150th anniversary of Sir Nigel's birth and Celebrating Doncaster's railway heritage which will take place on 19th and 20th June 2026. 11 June 2026.
